Driven by a passion for psychoeducation, Dr. Chow integrates psychological theories into educational frameworks to foster holistic well-being. Since the global pandemic, he has focused his research, writing, and publications on emotional care and mental wellness.

His philosophy is rooted in the belief that the "heart and hand" can be transformed into instruments of profound healing. Recognising that every individual will inevitably navigate periods of intense pressure or vulnerability, Dr. Chow is dedicated to helping individuals overcome adversity and shadow to shape a brighter tomorrow, serving humanity through the transformative and restorative power of creativity.

In 2021, Dr. Chow realised this vision by personally founding and funding the AH-AH Museum of Art. This non-profit, volunteer-driven entity is dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing mental distress and emotional pain. The name "AH-AH" is deeply symbolic, representing those "aha!" moments of sudden clarity and realisation that emerge when individuals find the strength to process, navigate, and transform negative inner energy into personal growth. Through therapeutic artistic processes, participants acquire the tools necessary to turn stress into motivation and vulnerability into lasting resilience.

By 2026, Dr. Chow’s vision has expanded to include 10 co-founders and a dedicated team of 20 specialists and facilitators, including art therapists, educators, and curators. Over the past four years, this energetic volunteer team has successfully hosted 30 impactful events, reaching and supporting over 1,000 participants.

A Collaborative Ecosystem for Proactive Care
Rooted in the practice of proactive mental health care, the AH-AH Museum aims to intervene before an emotional crisis reaches its peak, offering a pathway to healing through creative expression. The museum provides structured workshops, forums and sharing salons within safe spaces where participants are invited to explore, experience, and express their inner worlds free from judgment or discrimination.

Overcoming Challenges and Dismantling Stigma
The volunteer team recognizes that establishing mutual trust with participants (particularly those navigating depression, autism, and ADHD) is both a significant challenge and a critical pillar for success. However, the museum views faith and trust not as obstacles, but as essential foundations for growth. Committed to a patient, steady approach that honors everyone’s reality, the team operates with a non-labeling and non-discriminatory heart that sees the person rather than the struggle. By consciously creating an encouraging landscape for expressing destructive emotions (topics often marginalized by societal stigma), this team is always alert that complex experiences will be carefully handled and met with the empathy, validation, and dignity they deserve.

Believing that healing is a collaborative venture, the museum has launched a "Train-the-Trainer" program this year to amplify its impact through university partnerships. By fostering interdisciplinary synergy among educators, therapists, and curators through public forums, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects, and its unique "Human Gallery" programs, the AH-AH Museum is building a cohesive ecosystem that turns personal breakthroughs into a collective force for positive social change. The museum's upcoming summer events 2026 are scheduled for August 30 at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) and September 19 at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). Winter events 2027 will be in Chiang Mai, Thailand and Thimphu, kingdom of Bhutan.

Global Recognition and Vision
Dr. Chow’s outstanding humanitarian contributions have earned prestigious global recognition. In 2023, he was awarded the Humanity Gold Medal of Honor by the Ligue Universelle du Bien Public at the Parliament in Paris, acknowledging his exceptional cross-border voluntary service and humanitarian leadership.

Driven by a global mission, Dr. Chow regards these honors as a bridge rather than a destination. He strives to unite global youth and like-minded collaborators to uphold mental health as a fundamental human right, expanding inclusive support across borders. Dr. Chow’s profound insights stem from a deep understanding of human vulnerability and suffering. His successful career transition from entrepreneur to educator and humanitarian volunteer serves as an inspiring blueprint for professionals seeking to contribute their expertise to serve life, people, and humanity.
