The primary mission of the World Chinese Enterprising Youth Association is to promote innovation and entrepreneurship. This is accomplished through active participation in international conferences, exhibitions, and seminars, which foster interactions among overseas Chinese business organisations.

Its objective is to strengthen multilateral collaboration among government, business, academia, and the research community.
