World Chinese Enterprising Youth Association
The primary mission of the World Chinese Enterprising Youth Association is to promote innovation and entrepreneurship. This is accomplished through active participation in international conferences, exhibitions, and seminars, which foster interactions among overseas Chinese business organisations.
Its objective is to strengthen multilateral collaboration among government, business, academia, and the research community.
Our mission is simple yet deeply meaningful: to serve others, to uphold integrity in all we do, and to promote understanding, goodwill, and peace. As a fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders, we are mindful of the influence and responsibility entrusted to us. We seek to lead not for recognition, but for the benefit of those we serve. Guided by humility and compassion, we strive to build bridges across differences and foster relationships grounded in respect and trust.
We understand that lasting change often begins with small, consistent acts of service. Therefore, we remain committed to steady, thoughtful engagement in our communities. By working together in unity and mutual support, we hope to contribute to a more just, harmonious, and caring world.
ESG Initiatives
We remain committed to advancing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives that reflect our responsibility to care for creation and promote sustainable living. We recognise that environmental stewardship is closely connected to social well-being and economic stability.
To that end, we support efforts that encourage responsible resource management, environmental education, climate awareness, and community-based conservation initiatives.
By promoting locally led solutions, we seek to ensure that projects are both culturally appropriate and sustainable over the long term.
Youth Development
We are deeply committed to investing in the next generation through the WCEYA Youth Development Program. We seek to nurture the holistic growth of young people by providing cultural, educational, and leadership development opportunities that address intellectual, emotional, social, and moral dimensions of growth.
Grounded in our faith and guided by our shared values, we strive to create safe and supportive environments where young people feel seen, valued, and encouraged. Our mission is to serve others, to uphold integrity in all we do, and to promote understanding, goodwill, and peace.
World Chinese Entrepreneurs Innovation Awards
The World Federation of Chinese Entrepreneurs and the World Chinese Enterprising Association are dedicated to fostering youth innovation and entrepreneurship. Following the 14th Summit, we initiated the annual Innovation Awards. In collaboration with incubation centres across the Greater Bay Area, we select outstanding teams from various innovation competitions for the Chinese Entrepreneurs Innovation Awards.
These awards encompass categories for innovative enterprises, creative products, and emerging stars. Award recipients not only receive recognition during the summit’s award ceremony but are also offered a range of mentoring services to support their burgeoning enterprises.
WCEYA
aims to build an international exchange platform for young entrepreneurs in this new era of innovation and technology.
